WELCOME TO MSK-USS.ORG

MSK-USS.org is an organization formed by Rheumatologists interested in musculoskeletal ultrasound. It was inaugurated at the 2005 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) meeting. Its aim is to promote collegiality amongst national and international Rheumatologists practicing musculoskeletal ultrasound.

MISSION STATEMENT

• Fostering training of Rheumatologists interested in acquiring the ability to perform musculoskeletal ultrasound. It aims to achieve this by establishing standards for rheumatologist certification in musculoskeletal ultrasound, and establishing coordinated training facilities to attain such certification.

• Defining and identifying standards of image acquisition, interpretation and retention.

• Providing a forum for discussion and image review.

• Promoting research in the field of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound.
